• The special surface treatment on the stationary and movement platen will ensure there is no any rust occurred.
• The mounting holes for fitting mold are specially treated to ensure no impurity and foreign object falling into the molding area.
• Totally enclosed type of outer cover for the clamping system with stainless steel shell are adopted for the convenient of disassembly and creating a bright and clean production condition.
• Removable extensible cover is fixed on the slide rail of the movable platen to ensure there is no any lubrication entering into molding area.
• Totally enclosed type of frame for the injection unit shall prevent any foreign object from falling into the injection area and keep the workshop in a good condition.
