Introduction of toggle type plastic injection molding machine:

Finite element analysis ensures reasonable stress distribution; continuous casting structure eliminates the stress concentration in the platen and ensures high strength and rigidity.

A. Clamping structure

• The continuous casting structure of back platen and the movable platen enhance the rigidity and reduce the deformation of the structure;
• Great tie-rods distance and long clamping stork; finite element analysis of the fixed and movable platens ensures the high strength and rigidity of the machine, so the deformation is greatly reduced and protects high precision is ensured;
• High speed clamping system adopts the differential hydraulic oil pressure circuit system;
• Limited volume monitored lubrication system provides high lubricating pressure and ensures high reliability.

B. Injection Structure

• Double hydraulic oil injection cylinders, short driving distance save up space;
• Screw and barrel are made of high quality, ion nitride treated or by other ways of treatment alloy steel and ensures long life time;
• Modular design makes it convenient and rapid for changing components;
• Adopting central lubrication system in injection unit which ensures convenient maintenance;

• Cold start prevention of screw;
