Clamping system is crucial for the whole machine and our four-hydraulic-cylinder structure has the following advantages:

1.The computer controls that the four hydraulic cylinders offer exactlythe same and steadfast force onto the four shoulders of the movableplaten to clamp the mould, unlike that of toggle machine whose clampingforce may vary every action due to its toggle abrasion. So, our highrepeat-precision ensures that the final products are precisely as thetechnical standard

2. Our machine adopts four hydrauliccylinders whose diameter is very small, so, the speed for one action ismuch faster than that of other machine which has only one big hydrauliccylinder. So, the production period is greatly reduced

3.Hydraulic machine is highly clean, unlike toggle machine which needslubrication oil all the time on the toggles, this oil would dirty thefinal products

4. Besides the four cylinders, there isplaten-moving cylinder which is designed to open and close the movableplaten. First, the platen-moving cylinder push the movable platen toexactly touch the mould (a linear position transducer will calculatewhether it is exactly touched), its force is of course not so large andmay stop if anything jammed. After the linear position transducer givesthe confirmed signal, the computer will let the four cylinders begin togive high pressure and strong force to clamp the mould. This functioncan very well protect the mould from being damaged if any thing jammedand also protect human being from danger

For the injection part, we have the following features:

1. AdoptedPID (proportional-integral-differential) temperature controller for theinjection barrel and nozzle, the precision is within 1 degree

2. The stroke of injection and the screw-back-pressure are adjustable according to the final product and material

3. We have double balanced cylinders to generate enough injection pressure, high injection speed
